Bought a product that unfortunately was a faulty and did not work. Even though it was an item not eligible for return or exchange. Karen ever so graciously refunded me without me even having to ask.

12 days now, still did not receive my delivery yet
I have ordered my items on 06/07/2022 and still did not receive my delivery. It has been 12 days now, tried to find contact number for the customer service, unfortunately they don't have contact number, only email communication. I have been trying to cancel my order to receive full refund, they are saying order can't be cancelled because the delivery is in transit. I have track my delivery with the tracking number, tracking history says they could not get access to the property. I am working from home since last year and receiving my regular post. I will never order anything from Nasty gal. They are really Nasty!!

I was unable to locate my confirmation email. Darius responded quickly and instead of sending me down a rabbit hole through my junk folders was able to send me my order number and links for updates to track my order.

So dissatisfied with this company
So dissatisfied with this company. Purchased the unlimited post option which failed to work on every occasion I needed it. Was back and forth trying to sort this issue with Nasty gal. By the time it was rectified half the things in my basket had sold out. When I finally managed to order one item Nasty Gal sent the wrong product! App deleted, unsubscribed and won’t use again.
Awful, scammy, and actually nasty
2 out of the 5 items I ordered came broken and in busted up packaging. Their shoes are uncomfortable and poor quality. One of the broken items I received I later learned was an outdated, discontinued product by a third party company. Reached out to customer service and they were absolutely appalling. The system doesn't let you email large files like certain pictures and videos, which they demand you provide as proof of faultiness. The customer service reps are so unhelpful and you only have a chance of getting your refund if you nag them for hours on end. Be tenacious, or better yet, don't order in the first place.

The WORST website to shop in the world. I have been waiting for a month for my parcel to arrive and they still don't know where it is, so at the end they're going to refund me (or at least this is what they have said). I have been reading and seeing videos and reviews and the quality is pretty poor compared to the high price. I will definitely never buy anything at Nasty Gal.
